Any load over 108,900 lbs. requires special approval.

Restricted travel

Travel is restricted when visibility is reduced or when wind conditions create a hazard.

No person shall operate a vehicle, unless each axle is equipped with tires of equal size and equal capacity and each axle of its axle configuration is equipped with brakes.
